Welcome to Joan’s Care. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Joan’s Care provides non-medical, in-home support services, including companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance.

We do not provide medical care, nursing services, therapy, or medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Service Agreements

All care services are governed by a separate signed Service Agreement outlining scope, rates, and responsibilities. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and to not misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joan’s Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

6. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
